The Sigma BF is a full-frame camera CNC-machined from a single block of aluminum over seven hours. There are no doors, no seams, and no removable cards — a 230 GB internal SSD sits behind a monolithic body finished in either silver or black anodized aluminum. The 24-megapixel back-illuminated sensor pairs with Sigma's L-mount, and the control surface has been reduced to a single dial, a single button, and a haptic touchpad. A tiny status display shows one setting at a time. The whole camera is a study in what happens when you keep subtracting. It's not for everyone. It's for the photographer who wants their camera to look and feel like an object, and who's willing to think a little harder to use it.
