Crust's P–1 is a monolithic pepper mill turned from a single block of stainless steel and finished with a subtle bead-blast. Instead of a top knob, it uses a magnetic top cap and a burr-type ceramic grinder tuned by Crust to produce a coarse, fluffy grind that clings to food instead of falling through it. The mechanism is designed to last decades: no plastic gears, no soft threads, and a base you can refill without a funnel. It's heavy enough to feel like a piece of countertop hardware. It's the pepper mill for anyone who noticed that every pepper mill they've ever owned was, quietly, disappointing.
