The xBloom Studio is a single object that grinds, weighs, wets, and pours specialty coffee to a barista's recipe. Beans go into the burr grinder on top; a pre-set disc for the specific coffee tells the machine dose, water temperature, and pour pattern. The pour arm moves in a programmed spiral over a paper cone, mimicking a hand-poured V60 more closely than any home dripper before it. The whole thing sits in a matte, low-profile enclosure that looks more like a Bang & Olufsen product than a coffee brewer.
